Bermuda Libre (Difficulty: Novice)
1.5 oz. Aged Rum
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Craftsman Kola Syrup
Combine ingredients in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.
Using a hawthorn Strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a Collins glass filled ice & top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime slice.
