.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.75 oz. Craftsman Spiced Apple & Vanilla Syrup

3 oz. Sparkling wine


Combine all ingredients but Sparkling Wine into a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.


Using a Hawthorne Strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice & add Sparkling Wine. Garnish with an apple tuile.
