Carolina Mule (Difficulty: Novice)

1.5 oz. Bedlam Vodka

1.5 oz. Craftsman Ginger Syrup

.5 oz.Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Cointreau

1 oz. Club Soda or Mild Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients except Soda or Ginger Beer in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution. Using a Hawthorne Strainer & Mesh Strainer, strain into a mule mug over crushed ice & top with Club Soda or mild Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
