Carolina Peach Tea (Difficulty: Novice)

1 oz. Botanical Gin

.5 oz. Vodka

.5 oz. Rosemary Peach Syrup

.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 oz. Unsweetened Tea


Combine all ingredients in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution. Using a Hawthorne Strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a Collins glass over ice & garnish with a lemon slice.
