1.5 oz Aged Rum

1 Coconut Orgeat

0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients except Ginger Beer in a shaker, add ice & shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice & garnish with a pinch of nutmeg, cheers!
