1 oz. Bonded Bourbon
.5 oz. Peated Scotch Whiskey
.5 oz. Craftsman Old Fashioned Blend
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice & stir 20-30 revolutions. Strain into a pre-smoked rocks glass* filled with a large ice cube & garnish with a cherry.
* 1 cinnamon stick
1 wooden plank
1 rocks glass
1 lighter or book of matches
Light cinnamon stick and let burn for 10 seconds. Place the stick on the wooden board and cover with your rocks glass. Let smoke for one minute.
