Craftsman Pear Martini

3 oz Vodka or Gin

1.5 oz Roasted Hazelnuts & Pear

.25 oz Dry Vermouth


Rinse the inside of a martini glass with the vermouth & discard the vermouth once rinsed. Combine your spirit & syrup in a cocktail shaker, add ice & shake. Double strain into a martini glass, garnish with a cinnamon dusted pear slice.
