1 oz Craftsman Chef's Blend

.5 oz Craftsman Lemon Juice

5 Mint Leaves

Soda Water

Lemon


Combine in glass mint leaves, Chef's Blend and juice and muddle. Add ice and rest of ingredients except soda water and stir to combine.

Top with soda water and garnish with lemon peel and enjoy!
