1.5 oz. Gin

1 oz. Sauvignon Blanc

.5 oz. Craftsman Chef’s Blend

.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

5 Mint Leaves

Splash Sparkling Water


Combine mint, Craftsman Chef's Blend, & lemon juice in a Boston Shaker & lightly muddle. Add wine, gin & ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.


Using a Hawthorne Strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a white wine glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
