Mule on the Beach
1.5 oz. Aged Rum or Gold Rum
1 oz. Craftsman Ginger Syrup
1 oz. Craftsman Pineapple Cider (Pineapple Juice if you don't have cider)
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice & shake hard. Strain into a mule mug filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
