Nightlace Martini ( Bar Back)
3 oz. Botanical Gin
1 oz. Lavender Rhubarb Syrup
.25 oz. Lillet Blanc
Combine Gin & syrup into a cocktail shaker , add ice & shake. Add Lillet Blanc into a martini glass & swirl around, dumping after the glass is coated. Double-strain into the prepared martini glass & garnish with a lemon peel.
