Raspberry Sour (Bar Chef)
1.5 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Raspberry Rose Shrub
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
3 drops Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice & shake vigorously for one minute. Strain ingredients into the empty portion of the shaker, discard ice & continue to shake for another minute. Double-strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice & garnish with 3 drops of Angostura Bitters.
