Siesta (Bar Chef)

1 oz. Bourbon

.5 oz. Mezcal

.25 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Ginger Pineapple Shrub

1 Egg White

3 drops Craftsman Orange Bitters (optional garnish)


Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice & shake vigorously until the entire outside of the shaker is frosted. Open the shaker & strain ingredients into the small portion of the shaker & discard the ice. Re close the shaker & continue to vigorously shake for at least one minute. This is called a reverse dry shake. Strain ingredients into a Coupe glass & make 3 drops of bitters on top of the foam. This adds aromatics to the foam.
