Spiced Blackberry Fizz
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Spiced Blackberry Shrub
1 oz. Heavy Cream
.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Blackberries
3 drops Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White
2 oz. Club Soda
Combine blackberries & Lemon juice in a shaker & muddle. Add remaining ingredients, ice & shake vigorously for one minute. Double strain ingredients into the empty portion of the shaker & discard ice. Continue to shake for another 2 minutes. Double strain into a Collins glass over ice, slowly add soda & garnish with a fresh blackberry & 3 drops of Angostura Bitters.
