2 oz. Islay Single Malt Scotch
.5 oz. Craftsman Spiced Apple & Vanilla Syrup
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice & stir until proper temperature & dilution.
Using a Julep Strainer, strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
