.5 oz. Craftsman Chef's Blend

.5 oz.Craftsman Roasted Peppers & Citrus

1 oz. Craftsman Pineapple Cider (Pineapple juice if you do not have cider

.5 oz. Ruby Grapefruit Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice & shake hard. Strain into a Tall or Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with ground pepper& a pineapple chunk if you have it.
