True Whiskey Sour (Bar Chef)

1.5 oz Bourbon or Whiskey

1oz Citrus Sour

.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

3-5 drops Craftsman Orange Bitters


Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice & shake hard for one minute. Strain ingredients from ice & empty ice. Return ingredients to the dry shaker & continue to shake for another minute. Strain ingredients through a mesh sieve into a coupe glass. Garnish with 3-5 drops of bitters on top. Use a toothpick or something comparable to create your design from the drops of bitters.
