2 oz. Rye Whiskey

.25 oz. Dry Sherry

.25 oz. Craftsman Old Thymer Orange Syrup

3 dashes of Angostura Bitters


Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice & stir until proper temperature & dilution.


Using a Julep Strainer, strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large cube of ice. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
