1.5 oz. Gin
.5 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Craftsman Grenadine
Combine all ingredients in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.
Using a Hawthorne Strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
