Our Ginger Syrup involves a very detailed and delicate cooking process. Chef begins by chopping the raw ginger root small enough to be placed in a food processor. Each herb & spice is carefully picked & juices freshly squeezed, because what’s better than fresh ingredients in cocktails.
The process is finished by adding turbinado sugar to enhance the flavor. Enjoy this syrup in Mules of all kinds, hot or iced tea, or just add to club soda for an authentic Ginger Ale. Cheers!
