The Rum Blues (Difficulty:Novice)

.75 oz. Gold Rum

.75 oz. Light Rum

1 oz. Craftsman Lavender Plum Syrup

.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice


Combine ingredients in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.


Using a Hawthorne strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
