2 oz. Blueberry Shrub
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
5 chunks Fresh Pineapple
Topo Chico Seltzer
Combine Fresh Pineapple & shrub to a cocktail shaker & muddle. Add pineapple juice & ice, shake hard & double strain into a Coupe glass over ice. Top with Topo Chico Seltzer & tumble once to mix. Garnish with a large pineapple wedge.
