1 1/2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Craftsman Raspberry Mint Champagne Syrup

1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

3 oz. Prosecco


Combine gin, lemon juice & syrup in a cocktail shaker, add ice & shake. Fine strain into a coupe glass or Champagne flute & top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon peel.
