Designated Driver at the Beach

3 oz. Craftsman Pineapple Cider (Pineapple Juice if you do no have cider

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

.5 oz Craftsman Ginger Syrup

1 oz. Coco Lopez Coconut Cream


Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice & shake hard. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice & garnish with a pineapple chunk.
