Ginger Spritz (Difficulty: Novice)
1.5 oz. Gin
.5 oz. Craftsman Ginger Syrup
2 oz. Sparkling Wine
Combine Gin & Ginger Syrup in a mixing glass, add ice & stir.
Using a Julep Strainer, strain into a coupe glass & top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a mint leaf.
